Change of mind – Return
If you have changed your mind and would like to return a purchased item, The Enchanted Label may offer you an exchange, credit note or refund. There are a few things to keep in mind when returning a product:
- You have 60 days to return an item from the time you received it.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Your options are a refund, an exchange or a credit note.
Please choose carefully when purchasing the following products, as these items are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods such as food
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- KoalaBubs Gift Cards
- Some health and personal care items
- Sale items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send your receipt along with the returned item.
If you receive a product that is damaged, please get in touch with us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or contact form so we can send a replacement. A photo is required initially, and in some instances, you’ll be asked to return the product for our inspection. Please notify The Enchanted Label within 7 days of purchase should your items be damaged or faulty.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please fill out the Return Form and send it along with the returned item.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Enchanted Label, 3/26 Andersson Court, Highfields QLD 4352.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If applicable, refund will be initiated immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Our customer Service Team will be in touch with you to arrange an exchange of items.
A credit note will be issued and you will be informed via email.
